Customer Email Address can now be added to Service Orders
In Service Order Entry (SV010103), on the bottom of the service order header screen, a user can now click on a button marked with an "E" to modify or add the customer's email address. The email address will default from the customer's or ship-to address record email address. However, it can be overwritten on the specific service order, by typing in a different email address. This new email address field will be available for reports from open and history service order records. The email address can also be imported, if necessary. The new database fields are SV04 #250 for open orders and SV14 #250 for completed service orders.
