Come Join our SouthWare User Group Meetings

Join us for a few hours of interactive learning and networking.  Be the first to see new SouthWare enhancements, learn cool tips and tricks, and meet other great SouthWare users.

What are User Groups?

These are casual, fun, informative meetings which cover a variety of topics and provide plenty of opportunity for attendee interaction.  Often times, we will showcase the latest enhancements or modifications to SouthWare.  We usually focus on several different topics during the meeting and provide brief overviews of new features, point out tips or functions to use in daily tasks, and show ways to highlight your company’s information so it’s more accessible and useful to you.

Why should I attend?

The User Group meetings are a great way to network with other SouthWare users -- find out how others are using the software.  They might just have a solution to your problem.  Our casual atmosphere allows for interaction and questions, so be sure to speak up and ask.  We show you how these topics will be useful to you in your daily work and in your specific business.

How often are the User Groups?

The User Group meetings are only once a quarter (March, June, September and November), so be sure to sign up and take advantage of these interactive sessions.  Due to our wide ranging client base, the meetings are held in different locations each quarter: Tampa, Jacksonville and/or Panama City.  Usually we host the smaller meetings at one of our customer locations -- just so you can see SouthWare in action.  In November, we have our Annual Client Appreciation Event which is a 2 day session and is hosted in a central location.  Be sure to check our schedule for locations and topics.
